Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were well taken care of and offered a Jacuzzi at no extra charge, making our stay very cozy and comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure our needs were met. The location was ideal for exploring the North Shore, and the dining options, although not extensive, provided a decent start to the day. A few improvements could be made, but the value for money was reasonable.

My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room had a slight smell of vomit near the bathroom sink, but it was nice otherwise. I appreciated the convenient on-site laundry facilities and the thoughtful touch of bath salts provided for the jacuzzi tub. The service was friendly and helpful, although a bit too punctual at times. The location, right off 61, was great for exploring the North Shore, near waterfalls and with easy access to attractions. The dining experience was adequate, with a good variety of items, but the coffee could have been better. The facilities were decent, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.
